What We Publish and What We Refuse to Publish

Every agency blog says it publishes useful content. This one is about what we will not publish, because the list is more informative.

What makes something worth publishing here

  • It is accurate. If we do not know, we either find out or we say we do not know. A confident wrong number helps nobody.
  • It is specific. Real ranges, real timelines, real process steps. “Pricing varies by project” is technically true and useless.
  • It helps a reader make a decision. Not just understand a topic. Decide whether to hire us, whether to fix something themselves, or whether they are being oversold to by somebody else.
  • It does not pretend to be advice from someone we are not. We write about web design, hosting, ecommerce, and automation. We do not write about areas where we have no standing, and we do not borrow a credential we do not hold.

What we do not publish

  • Invented statistics. No “studies show” without a source you can name and read. If we cannot find a real number, we do not use a plausible one.
  • Fake urgency. No countdown timers, no “limited time” on something that has no deadline, no manufactured scarcity. If a price is changing, the price is changing for a reason and we will say what it is.
  • AI filler with no information in it. A paragraph that restates a heading in longer words is not content. It is padding, and you should be able to tell.
  • Testimonials we cannot stand behind. Not invented ones, not paraphrased ones from someone who never said it, and not a quote from a client that we have not checked in the last two years.
  • The standard SEO tricks. Buying links, keyword stuffing, cloaking, hidden text, doorway pages. They work briefly, they are detectable, and the penalty lands on the business that hired us, not on us.

Why we publish prices

Because the absence of a price is itself a price. If nobody will tell you what a website costs before you get to a sales call, you are being asked to spend your time before you find out whether you are being quoted fairly. Publishing our actual starting prices means you can walk away without talking to us at all, and you should, if it is not a fit.

And when something genuinely is quote-based, we say so directly. Custom integrations, unusual hosting requirements, work that depends on systems we cannot see. Pretending there is a fixed number there would just be a fiction you find out about later.

How this blog is made

These articles are written and checked by people. AI is a tool in the process, the way a word processor is a tool, and it is not the author. Every number that appears here came from something we can point you to. Every claim is one we are willing to be held to.

If we get something wrong and you tell us, we fix it and we say so. That is the whole editorial standard. It is not complicated and it is not impressive. It is just the minimum.
