MSP and agency partner questions
The program is designed for behind-the-scenes delivery: you own the client relationship, quote the work, and remain the point of contact while Red Rock Webscapes handles the agreed build scope.
Current offerings include landing pages, business websites, e-commerce builds, custom web and app scopes, hosting, business email, and related support. Each project is confirmed against the written scope before work begins.
Partners remain the client-facing contact. Post-launch support for the agreed scope is included, while work outside the original scope is quoted separately through the partner.
The published program prices partner work at roughly 30–40% below listed retail pricing, with volume discounts described in the program terms. Final pricing, payment timing, ownership, and support responsibilities should be confirmed in the partner agreement.
