SEO Plans Explained: Which of the Four You Actually Need

SEO gets sold as a mystery. Someone puts you in a report full of metrics, tells you your score is 42, and hands you an invoice. We would rather tell you exactly which of four things you need, because most businesses only need one of them.

1. GMB Local SEO

Google Business Profile optimisation for local visibility: profile setup, category optimisation, photo management, post scheduling, Q&A management, and review response strategy. We split this by market because it matters — the Basic plan covers lower-competition areas, while the High-Level plan is built for competitive markets like Las Vegas.

If you do business in a specific area and people find you by typing a service plus your city, this is usually the highest-value thing on the list.

2. CTR SEO

Click-through rate optimisation. You optimize your search listings to earn more clicks from impressions you already have: title tags, meta descriptions, schema markup, and SERP feature targeting.

More traffic without ranking higher. If you already appear on page one for the terms that matter, this is frequently the cheapest traffic available to you. More on CTR optimisation.

3. Page optimisation

Focused work on a specific page. We rewrite the content, fix the technical issues, improve internal linking, and target the keywords that matter for that page.

Sensible when you have one page that is performing badly — usually your most commercially important one.

4. Press release distribution

A professional press release written, formatted, and distributed to news outlets, including a Google Business Profile embed for local SEO signals and brand authority.

Which one do you need?

Start with where your customers actually are. Local customers searching for a service: GMB. Already ranking but nobody clicks: CTR. One important page underperforming: page optimisation. You are genuinely new and need the business to be known: press release.

Honest expectations

SEO is not a switch you flip. None of these produce results overnight, and anyone promising first-page placement in thirty days is selling you a fantasy. What they do produce is compounding — work that keeps paying out long after the project ends.

Not sure which applies? See the full SEO plans, or tell us your market and competitors and we will tell you which one we would buy.
