We are testing an AI-enhanced production system that can produce complete websites in a fraction of the time a traditional build takes. Faster production is the entire point — and while it is still in test mode, we are pricing the work accordingly.
Our AI agents have been trained on the latest design trends, so layouts, typography, and spacing start from what actually works today instead of a template from five years ago.
The system runs on our own proven in-house methods — more effective than most systems out there — and a human designer still reviews every page before it goes live.
Because the system is in test mode, we are taking on a limited number of projects rather than opening the discount to everyone. We review each application and reach out to the projects that qualify. E-commerce builds are an additional $300 because of the added project complexity.

Five-page list price is $1,250. Hosting is $39.95/mo — discounted from the regular $75/mo and includes 2 email accounts; most domains are about $15/year if you need them from us.
The fine print
The five-page list price is $1,250. While our new AI-enhanced build system is in test mode we are taking a limited number of projects at $500 so we can validate it across real businesses. You get a finished, human-reviewed site; we get a real-world test case.
Totals up to $1,199 are paid up front in full. Above that, the build is paid on the same four milestones as our published packages: 20% down, 50% on first draft approval, 20% on final draft approval, and 10% to deploy. The milestones split the one-time build; the first month of managed hosting and your domain are due up front as well. Hosting is then $39.95/mo (normally $75/mo, with 2 email accounts) and your domain renews at about $15/year. Whatever your total, the final scope and the exact schedule are confirmed in writing before anything is due.
An online store is an additional $300 on top of the base price because of the added project complexity — catalog, cart, checkout, payment processing, shipping and tax setup, and order emails.
If you already have hosting and your domain, there is nothing to add. If you need them from us, managed hosting is $39.95/mo — discounted from the regular $75/mo — and includes 2 business email accounts; most domains are about $15/year. Your first month of hosting and your first year of the domain are included in the up-front total, and hosting renews monthly after that. Features like a blog, online store, membership logins, booking, and newsletter signup need managed hosting to run, so hosting is added automatically when you select one of those.
The discount covers up to five pages. Extra pages and features outside the list above are priced separately, and we will tell you the number in writing before you commit to anything.
No. The Lab Testing Discount is a separate test-mode promotion and does not combine with the 20% off qualified projects offer or any other discount.
We review every submission and reach out to the projects that qualify for this round. If your project is a fit, we confirm scope, the final total, and the timeline in writing. If it is not, we will tell you that too.
