You call, or you send a message, and you describe your business. There is no discovery fee and no obligation at this stage. We are trying to establish what the site needs to do, who it is for, and what is currently in your way. Two things are true here. The person you talk to is the person doing the work; we do not run a sales team that hands your project to a department you will never reach. And we publish our prices, so you are not negotiating blind. If what you need is the cheapest thing on the list, we will say so rather than talk you up a tier.<\/p>\n
Once we know what you need, we scope it. The proposal states what will be built, what is explicitly not included, the price, and the timeline. If a custom feature moves the estimate, you hear that now, not on the invoice. We would rather lose a deal in this conversation than win it and spend a year being the agency nobody recommends.<\/p>\n

That is the point where you see what you are buying before the majority of the money has moved, and it is why we spend real effort on getting the design right before the build starts.<\/p>\n The build, and the review you actually get<\/h3>\nDiscovery first, then design, then build, then launch and support. Wireframes come before visuals, so structure and flow get settled while they are still cheap to change. You see the direction before a line of code exists.<\/p>\n Revisions are included at each stage rather than treated as a favor. Feedback is expected, and it is a normal part of the process rather than a confrontation.
